Common questions

Do members have to pay hourly court fees?

No. Court time is included in all Luna memberships. Each plan includes a generous amount of weekly court access designed to ensure fair use and availability for all members. Most members never pay anything extra for regular play.

Do I need to track my hours or "keep count"?

No. Luna manages court access through the booking system so members don't have to. Simply reserve, play, and enjoy. The system ensures fair access automatically.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes. Based on the membership tier, a court reservation can be cancelled 48 hours in advance or 24.

Are there contracts?

No long-term contracts. Monthly membership.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Members can move to a higher plan at any time.

Is court time unlimited?

Courts are included for regular play based on the membership type. Our system ensures balanced play so members can actually get on court. Included play is capped over a 7 day period so access stays fair.

Are court fees included?

Yes. Luna memberships include court access for regular play, with no per-hour court fees. If a member wants additional court time beyond regular play, extra court time can be booked for a fee when courts are available.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for medical reasons with documentation provided. Medical freezes are allowed up to 60 days/year.

How do guest passes work?

Luna offers Guest passes only for members. Guest fee is $15 per person (limited to 2 hours per day).

When would additional fees apply?

Only in specific situations: booking courts for non-member guests, private lessons, clinics, leagues or special events. Everyday member play within your plan is already covered.
