Waiver and Release agreement

At Luna Racquet & Wellness Club ("Club"), the safety of our members and guests is our top priority. Because sports, fitness, and wellness activities involve inherent risks, all participants must complete and sign our Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release Agreement before using the facilities or taking part in programs.

This waiver protects both you and the Club by clearly setting expectations and ensuring compliance with Florida law and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
